Agustin was born in Mexicali, B.C., and raised in Tucson, Arizona, after his father immigrated to the USA when he was six years old. He attended culinary school in Providence, RI, and later opened a restaurant in Rocky Point, Sonora, which he successfully managed from 1996 to 2005. During this time, his neighboring business was a Century 21 real estate office, where the project director recognized his bilingual skills and bicultural background and encouraged him to consider a career in real estate. He decided to make the switch, and it turned out to be the right move.

In 2006, a new development, Rolling Hills Estates, opened in Cabo San Lucas, prompting Agustin to relocate and begin his journey in real estate sales—a career he has now enjoyed for over 18 years. Cabo has since become his cherished home, and he wouldn’t trade it for anything else.

In January 2024, Agustin joined 2Seas Forbes Global Properties in San José del Cabo, looking to broaden his horizons. He finds the Cabo climate, the community, and the thriving real estate market to be a perfect match for his skills and passion. Agustin is excited to be part of the outstanding 2Seas team and looks forward to many more successful years in real estate.
