Ramiro graduated with a degree in Architecture, he then completed an MBA and later a Master in Real Estate Development. He arrived at Los Cabos in 2008 with Morgan Stanley – Atlas as Plaza Director, dedicating himself to housing development, since then he has been immersed in all the areas of real estate, taking into account infrastructure planning, work scheduling, supervision, cost control, administration and sales in Los Cabos.
Seeing the need for an integrated services solution that encompasses architecture, construction and development along with real estate, Ramiro opened the doors of BAJA SPIRIT in 2011. He also was the 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 President of the Los Cabos chapter of the Mexican Union of Agents and Real Estate Administrators (AMPI). In 2016 he opened the doors of 2Seas Los Cabos | Christie’s International Real Estate opened offering a comprehensive collection of necessary resources for those interested in buying, selling, and developing in Baja California, maximizing value and taking into account the best interest of the client. In 2020, 2Seas Los Cabos received the invitation to become the exclusive member of Forbes Global Properties in Baja California. Since then, we have represented and been a leading exponent of luxury and exclusivity in the entire peninsula of Baja California.
Always keeping clients first, he has been a key player in the Los Cabos community for his understanding of the high-end market and practicing his professional knowledge for handling both residential property and lots.
When he is not working, Ramiro spends his time surfing and kitesurfing, and enjoying and exploring the many wonders of Baja California Sur.
