Ramiro Palenque Bullrich
Ramiro began his career in Buenos Aires, Argentina, after he graduated with a degree in architecture. He then completed a master’s degree in business administration from the Universidad del Centro de Estudios Macroeconómicos de Argentina (UCEMA) and a graduate degree in real estate and development at the San Andres University. Further adding to his portfolio of education, Ramiro travelled throughout Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin and Frankfurt, Germany, attending classes related to building restoration and reconstruction of historical architecture.
With an opportunity to work with Juan Carlos Lopez, one of the most prestigious architects in the field of design and construction of shopping centers, Ramiro began specializing in large and complex projects, studying their impact in urban zones.
In 2008, Ramiro arrived in Los Cabos to become the project manager of Las Misiones, a residential project in El Tezal, Cabo San Lucas. Since then, he has immersed himself in the areas of infrastructure planning, construction scheduling, supervision, cost control, administration and sales in Los Cabos.
Seeing the need for an integrated services solution that encompasses architecture, construction and development along with real estate, Ramiro opened the doors of BAJA SPIRIT in 2012. Ramiro is also the 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 President of the Los Cabos chapter of the Mexican Union of Agents and Real Estate Administrators (AMPI).
Always keeping clients first, He is a key player in the Los Cabos community. When he is not working, Ramiro spends his time surfing and kitesurfing, and enjoying and exploring the many wonders of Baja California Sur.
