2Seas’ Ramiro Palenque Bullrich Voted 2018 President of AMPI
Ramiro Palenque Bullrich, Owner/Broker of 2Seas Christie’s International Real Estate in Los Cabos, Baja Sur, Mexico, has once again been elected as the 2018 President of AMPI (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios).
AMPI is the only association that is present and active in every state of Mexico. It is recognized by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) so AMPI members are also member of NARS.
Palenque Bullrich has been a member of AMPI’s leadership since 2014, first as Vice President, then as President in 2015 and 2016. He was voted Vice President in 2017 while 2Seas Managing Broker, Julie Kerschner, was President, and he looks forward to his term in 2018 as President.
One of AMPI’s primary goals is to further professionalize the Real Estate community in Los Cabos through ongoing education and training so that real estate agents know more aspects of the business and the destination, and are even more capable of offering a great service to their clients.
As president and a member of AMPI, Palenque Bullrich was one of the people who pushed to have the “LEY DE REGISTRO INMOBILIARIO” approved. The law has been approved by the State of Baja California Sur by Governor Carlos Mendoza Davis. Ramiro will work to implement this law, as well as its Rules and Regulations. Now, anyone who works as a realtor in Baja California Sur must be registered by the Baja California Sur State and SAT.
“We will continue working hard to promote the association among all real estate brokers and agents in Baja California Sur, so we can all work together and exchange ideas to keep Los Cabos as the best destination in Mexico”, says Ramiro Palenque Bullrich. “2018 looks very promising, with lots a high end developments completed or almost completed. More high end properties opening such as the Four Seasons, the Ritz-Carlton and others, are an open door to potential real estate clients”.
